James is the Vice President, Client Solutions on the Univision account in the United States. In his role, James leads the day-to-day client engagement with North America’s largest Hispanic media company, including audience measurement, panel representation, and other products and services. His personal mission is to be the voice of Nielsen to the client and the voice of the client to Nielsen.
He joined Nielsen 4 years ago as part of Nielsen’s acquisition of primary research firm Harris Interactive. James lept at the opportunity to join the Univision team and grow his knowledge of the Watch business. Prior to joining Nielsen, James enjoyed a 20+ year career as a Nielsen client across several products including local TV, local cable TV, National TV, and more.
In his spare time, James enjoys cooking for his friends and family, travelling, and running.
